JEFFERSON CITY - Secretary of State Matt Blunt is waiting on a final tally from Missouri County Clerks and Board of Elections officials so he can certify the November 5th election results.

Once that happens, Blunt will meet with Governor Holden to sign a certificate giving Jim Talent a green light to head to Washington.
