With only three weeks left before the election, proponents of two ballot issues related to term limits are still involved in lawsuits.
KBIA's David Freitas has the story from Jefferson City.
Proponents of disclosing a candidate's position on term limits are in legal limbo.
Neither lawsuit has a hearing date set.
One suit is trying to change the fiscal note on a measure that would disclose a Congressional candidates position.
The other suit is trying to place a similar disclosure measure on the ballot for state legislative candidates.
Spokesman for Missouri Term limits, John Thompson, says the state has taken sides against them.
Right now absentee ballots are out.
But they do not include the measure that would allow disclosure of a state legislative candidates position on term limits.
