Missouri Department of Insurance Ranks Insurance Companies

For the first time ever, Missourians can see which of the state's top 40 insurance companies provide the best service. Kelly Just reports from the State Capital.

The Department of Insurance has ranked the companies according to the number of consumer complaints received over the last 3 years.

Insurance Department spokesman, Randy McConnell says consumers often have trouble deciding between 2 or 3 possible insurance providers.

He says the new rankings show how companies stack up from the customer's point of view.
