Governor Mel Carnahan announced that he is creating a council on Efficient Operations, to help government run better. Carnahan has appointed Lt. Governor Roger Wilson as the council chairman. Jeremy Brown has more from Jefferson City.
The new council comes from a recommendation of the governors Commission on Management and Productivity. The council will compose of members of government and the private sector. Wilson says the council will make sure government operates more efficiently...
