Description: Limit all statewide elected officials to two four-year terms. Alter legislative term limits from no more than eight years in any one chamber to a total limit of 16 years in the General Assembly. The legislative term limit change was removed in the SS, limiting the measure to imposing a two-term limit for all the statewide elected officials.
