Description: Extend the sunset from Dec. 31, 2022 to Dec. 31, 2032 a requirement a person operating a vessel on a boat have a boating safety identifcation card and complete a boating safety course. The Senate's final approval (TAFP) vote to send the bill to the governor was reconsidered and it never got sent. The House added unrelated provisions including off-road vehicles, auto sales, highway names, a special auto license plate and giving airports power to remove abandoned aircraft.
