Description: Increase the limit on the number of full-time advanced-practice nurses with whom a physician can have a collaborative practice agreement from three to five. Repeal a 28-day limit in a calendar year that the geographic proximity requirement can be the nurse can waived for the nurse to practice in a rural clinic.
