* SCS SB 538 Sponsor:Libla, Doug Status: S Perfection Description: Impose a higher felony penalty for illegal possession of a firearm if the offender had a prior conviction for a dangerous felony, armed criminal action or illegal drug trafficking. SA 1, proposed, would prohibit firearm possession by a person convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence or subject to various court orders including stalking or use of force against another.
