Description: Simply add the phrase "by protocol" to a law that requires a pharmacist to administer vaccines in accordance with CDC guidelines. The House added several unrelated provisions expanding Medicaid coverage to include chiropratic services, psychology licensing, expanding rights for service dog use to include metal health service dogs, expanding physician assistant drug prescription rights, epinephrine auto-injectors and more.
