Description: Extend a law authorizing highway signs for educational institutions and various nearby attractions to include two-year colleges and technical and professional schools. The House added several unrelated provisions including requiring Higher Education Department approval for two-year colleges to offer bachelor degrees, repealing restrictions on Missouri State University & dentist licensing requirements. The Senate did not take up the CCS.
