Description: Expand a consolidated public library district commission to include a member from a city library district joining the consolidated district if the city district's county is not part of the consolidated district. The House added several unrelated provisions dealing with propane taxes, taxes for hybrid vehicle power, circuit court fees, business tax breaks in port authorities, adding another county where a fire protection district can impose a sales tax, public safety city sales tax authority and more.
