Description: Exclude from the crime of discharging a firearm from a vehicle if the vehicle is on on private property and the purpose was to protect lifestock. HA 4 allows carrying firearms on some types of public transportation vehicles by concealed-weapon permit holders. The House added several provisions unrelated to the original subject of the bill including proibiting discharge of a firearm inside a municipality, with exceptions.
