Description: Repeal a requirement for lenders to file a detailed report with the Division of Finance including the lender's financial condition, a profit and loss statement and a breakdown of loans by amount of the loan and garnishments, suits or judgements. Various other changes in financial institutions for website postings of information currently required in written form. Also would allow stockholder/director votes to be appear remotely.
