Description: Prohibits any court from rewriting or editing the ballot description for an issue placed on the ballot by the legislature. The SS would move the primary for statewide offices and Congress for 2022 and 2024 to June. Require run off if no party candidate receives a majority in those June primaries. The SS was not taken up by the House on the legislature's last day nor reported out of Fiscal Review.
