Description: Allow importation of prescription drugs from foreign countries. Require a pharmacy in a foreign country to be licensed in the U.S. if it is licensed in its home country under standards comparable to Missouri's. Allow distribution in Missouri from a drug provider in another country if the license standards of the provider are comparable to Missouri's.
