HB 540 Sponsor:Hannegan, Tom Status: H Children & Families Description: Impose additional notification requirements of a medical provider who has made more than five referrals per year for abortions outside Missouri. Impose specific requirements for the required risk evaluation. Retain a copy of of the evaluation with the patient's medical record and snd a copy to the Health Department, but wich exclusion of any personal identifying information.
