Description: Increase the penalty for violation of the no-call list that prohibits telemarketers from calling phone numbers registered on the attorney general's no-call list. Provide that $100 of the fine be given to the person who reported the violation. Establish a minimum first-offense penalty of $2,500, $5,000 or a second offense and $7,5000 for a third violation.
