Description: Various changes in the sex offender registry law. Establish a limit on how long an offender must register based on the severity of the offense. Add circumstances under which a person can petition a court to be take off the registry include offenses in which there was no force or threat of force to an adult victim, sex with an animal, international marriage brokers, etc.
