SCS HB 355 Sponsor:Plocher, Dean Status: GOVERNOR SIGNED Description: Change who files with an appeals court an appeal of a Public Service Commission ruling. Under current law, the PSC forwards the appeal. Under this bill. the party appealing the PSC ruling files the appeal directly to the court and pays filing fees. The Senate added unrelated provisions giving the PSC power to regulate electric auto recharge stations, additional local government power plants, making technical staff voluntary rather than mandatory, creating a crime of trespass of a critical infrastucture facility and more.
