Description: Expand an exemption from Office of Administration approval requirement for state agencies to purchase supplies through a vendor authorized by the federal General Services Administration. The amended House version would raise the amount of a executive branch contracts below which bids are not required. Also alow the Administration Office to conduct reverse auctions in which bidders can see previous bids.
