Description: Prohibit any expenditure on behalf of a public official that exceeds $900 in a calendar year for food and drink. Impose a similar restriction on gifts and services. Restrict travel and lodging expenses to the Administration Office per diem rate. The bill does not indicate whether this relates to lobbyist expenditure or governmental expenditures. The House speaker is a co-sponsor.
