HB 1053 Sponsor:Smith, Cody Status: H Perfection Description: Extend the sunset of various federal reimbursement allowances from Sept. 20, 2019 to Sept. 20, 2021. FRA is a mechanism by which the state imposes a tax on health care providers to get a higher Medicaid federal payment which then is returned back to the providers.
