Description: Extend from July 2019 to August 2030 a program providing job training programs at junior colleges funded by part of tax credits provided to busineses for new jobs. HA 3 imposes an automatic 15% reduction in the maximum amount of some tax credits. HA 5 limits historic preservation tax credits. HA 9 requires tax credit applications inlcude campaign contributions made in the past two years.
