    Description: Extend from 2016 to 2022 the deadline for a local government to put on the ballot a measure on collecting motor vehicle sales taxes on a resident who purchased a vehicle from other than a licensed Missouri dealer. Current law required the measure be put on the ballot by November 2016 in order for a local government to continue to collect the tax. If it did not, the tax was repealed.
