Description: Provide a property tax exemption for a veteran with total service disability. The current Constitution limits the exemption to disabled former prisoners of war.

Description: Extend legislative terms limits from eight to 16 years in any one chamber, but retain the 16-year limit for total service in the General Assembly. Currently, a person is limited to eight years in each chamber. Also reduce the size of the House from 163 to 120 members and increase the size of the Senate from 34 to 40 members. Have three House members run at large in each Senate district.
