HB 1043 Sponsor:Shull, Noel Status: H Small Business Description: Make permanent an expired tax credit for rural small businesses that reimbursed them for the guarantee fees they had to pay to get financing from the federal government under rural development and farm service program. The original tax credit was a one-time law that expired 30 days after it took effect.
