Description: Make it a felony for an illegal foreigner removed from the country to reenter and be found in Missouri. The House added a number of other unrelated provisions including a "Blue Alert" system for issuing public alerts for a suspect of assault against a police officer and provisions dealing with municipal courts, traffic offenses, county jails, corrections reports and more.
