Description: Have the state agree to a national compact designed to provide for popular election of president. Each state would agree to appoint electors who support the candidate who got the most votes nationally. It would apply only if enough states join the compact that constitute a majority of the electoral college votes. Would have made Hillary Clinton rather than Donald Trump president in 2017.

Eliminate a sales tax exemption for sale of some boats.
