Each state would agree to appoint electors who support the candidate who got the most votes nationally. It would apply only if enough states join the compact that constitute a majority of the electoral college votes.

    Description: Completely exempt from the sales tax boats purchased for marine construction. Repeal an option that provides an an alternative tax to the sales tax for purchase of a boat that is registered with the Coast Guard.

    Description: Expand a current property tax exemption for residential property owned by a disabled veteran who had been a prisoner of war. Extend the exemption to all property owned by the veteran and remove the requirement that the veteran had been a POW.
