CCS SB 775 Sponsor:Brown, Dan Status: GOVERNOR SIGNED Description: Extend the expiration date of federal reimbursement allowance taxes from September 2018 to 2021. The CCS extends the FRA for only one year. FRA is a mechanism by which the state imposes a tax on health care providers to get a higher Medicaid federal payment which then is returned back to the providers. The SS extends the FRA to 2020.
