Representative resigns amid rumors of ethical scandal.

Wrap: House Speaker Todd Richardson released a statement about the resignation of former St. Louis County Republican Representative Don Gosen.

In a prepared statement, Richardson said he requested Gosen's resignation after learning of an unexplained - quote - situation.

Later Richardson refused to explain the details of the situation nor whether there was an ethics investigation into Gosen.
