Wrap: The House Government Oversight committee heard a bill that had an estimated cost of 1.1 million dollars to live stream all Capitol sessions, joint sessions and committee hearings.

The sponsor of the bill, Columbia Republican Caleb Rowden does not believe the estimate is accurate.
