Wrap: An e-cigarette bill would prohibit the sale of alternative nicotine and vapor products to minors.

But it also exempts these products from being regulated like traditional tobacco products.

This is why health organizations are so concerned, American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network of Missouri spokesperson Stacey Reliford said.

Actuality:  ACS1.WAV
Run Time:  00:17
Description: "Basically we feel that it does not protect Missourians' health the way it's currently written and so our concern is that it's going to, you know, kind of lend itself to hooking a new generation of tobacco for our children."

But proponents said the bill is all about deterring minors from making bad decisions.
