Wrap: Ginny Jesse's daughter June is epileptic and suffers from daily seizures. She spends most of her time in hospitals and therapy sessions, which prevents her from living a normal childhood. June has been perscribed 11 different medications to treat her epilepsy, and none have worked. There is one hopeful option they have yet to try, but it is illegal in the state of Missouri.

Hemp oils have been legalized in states like Colorado to treat epileptics, and have produced promising results. Ginny thinks that these oils might be the key to saving her daughter's life.

Description: "In addition to being safe, CBD oil is showing to be effective. The anecdotal evidence of patients and families is that CBD oil results in remarkable seizure control with improvements of quality of life."

A house bill would allow the Agriculture Department to cultivate hemp and extract the oil to be sold to patients suffering from epilepsy. According to testimonials, CBD oil has few to no side effects, something that cannot be said for legal medications that June has already tried.
