Wrap: Nixon also met with both Republican caucuess on Monday about Boeing locating in the state.
On Wednesday, the Senate passed the bill that offers Boeing $1.7 billion over 23 years based on the number of jobs it creates.
A House committee passed the bill Thursday and the whole House is expected to vote on the bill Friday.
Nixon says while other states are competing for Boeing, he is confident Missouri can compete at a high level.
