With a judge ruling Wednesday to dismiss a red light ticket in St.Peters, one former senator says he is hopeful that the argument to outlaw red-light cameras will be put back on the table.

Former Senator Jim Lembke says he thinks the recent court ruling might help push Missouri to outlaw the cameras.
