Wrap: Commissioner Doug Nelson said the House denied his request for information on who tried to access the list of concealed carry owners from a House computer last week.
Nelson said a House computer attempted to access the list 23 times on May 2nd using log-in information given to a social security agent.
Republican House Speaker Tim Jones said he thinks OA made the request because the administration is quote embarrased about the recent licensing investigation.

Description: “I think it’s only because the House is controlled by a supermajority of Republicans who are lawfully investigating the unlawful activity of governor Nixon’s administration.” |
The House responded to OA's request and said that under Missouri law, legislators' information is not open to the public.
