Wrap: The day after an email of resignation was sent from a top state employee citing a hostile work environment in the department, an announcement came out saying the Director would be replaced.

John Hagler's replacement was announced this morning in a press release that failed to mention why he would no longer be acting as director.

The Governor's office and Hagler's office have yet to comment on this change in staff.
