         Comes now the State of Missouri by and through the undersigned Assistant Prosecuting Attorney on information and belief that there is probable cause to believe that the above named defendant committed the following crime(s):

 

COUNT: 01  VIOLATE PROVISIONS OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE DISCLOSURE LAW (CHAPTER 130)  

          That Steven Webb, in violation of Section 130.041 and 130.081 RSMo, committed the class A misdemeanor of violation of campaign finance disclosure law, punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011 and 560.016 RSMO, in that between November 6, 2010 and October 6, 2012, in the county of St. Louis, the defendant, a candidate for elected public office, purposely failed to report contributions received to his candidate committee fund in the amount of $25,037.60.      3506799.0

 

COUNT: 02  VIOLATE PROVISIONS OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE DISCLOSURE LAW (CHAPTER 130)  

          That Steven Webb, in violation of Section 130.041 and 130.081 RSMo, committed the class A misdemeanor of violation of campaign finance disclosure law, punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011 and 560.016 RSMO, in that between November 6, 2010 and November 21, 2012, in the county of St. Louis, the defendant, a candidate for elected public office, purposely failed to report expenditures made from his candidate committee fund in the amount of $36,724.36.      3506799.0

 

COUNT: 03  VIOLATE PROVISIONS OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE DISCLOSURE LAW (CHAPTER 130)

           That Steven Webb, in violation of Section 130.031 and 130.081 RSMo, committed the class A misdemeanor of violation of campaign finance disclosure law, punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011 and 560.016 RSMo, in that between January 7,2010 and December 30, 2010 , in the county of St. Louis, the defendant, a candidate for elected public office, purposely made cash expenditures totaling $25,868.36 which exceeded the lesser of five thousand dollars or ten percent of all expenditures made by the committee during a calendar year.      3507099.0

 

 

 

COUNT: 04  VIOLATE PROVISIONS OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE DISCLOSURE LAW (CHAPTER 130)  

          That Steven Webb, in violation of Section 130.031 and 130.081 RSMo, committed the class A misdemeanor of violation of campaign finance disclosure law, punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011 and 560.016 RSMo, in that between January 3, 2011 and December 30, 2011 , in the county of St. Louis, the defendant, a candidate for elected public office, purposely made cash expenditures totaling $8,923.28 which exceeded the lesser of five thousand dollars or ten percent of all expenditures made by the committee during a calendar year.      3506799.0

 

COUNT: 05  VIOLATE PROVISIONS OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE DISCLOSURE LAW (CHAPTER 130)  

          That Steven Webb, in violation of Section 130.031 and 130.081 RSMo, committed the class A misdemeanor of violation of campaign finance disclosure law, punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011 and 560.016 RSMo, in that between January 3, 2012 and November 20, 2012 , in the county of St. Louis, the defendant, a candidate for elected public office, purposely made cash expenditures totaling $5,746.90 which exceeded the lesser of five thousand dollars or ten percent of all expenditures made by the committee during a calendar year.      3506799.0

 

COUNT: 06  VIOLATE PROVISIONS OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE DISCLOSURE LAW (CHAPTER 130)  

          That Steven Webb, in violation of Section 130.021 and 130.081 RSMo, committed the class A misdemeanor of violation of campaign finance disclosure law, punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011 and 560.016 RSMo, in that between November 6, 2010 and November 21, 2012 , in the county of St. Louis, the defendant, a candidate for elected public office, purposely comingled contributions received by his candidate committee in the amount of $5,106.15 with the funds of accounts in the name of Steven E Webb dba SW Portrait Group, Extended Horizons, Steven Webb, St. Louis Spartans Basketball International Fund, St. Louis Spartans Basketball 6^th/7^th Grade Girls, Steven &Shalonda Webb, and Missouri Black Caucus, which were funds of the candidate, an agent of the candidate, or any other person.         3506799.0

 

COUNT: 07  VIOLATE PROVISIONS OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE DISCLOSURE LAW (CHAPTER 130)  

          That Steven Webb, in violation of Section 130.034 and 130.081 RSMo, committed the class A misdemeanor of violation of campaign finance disclosure law, punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011 and 560.016 RSMO, in that between November 6, 2010 and November 21, 2012 in the county of St. Louis, the defendant, a candidate for elected public office, purposely converted funds received by his candidate committee in the amount of $6,609.15 to personal use.       3506799.0
