Wrap: Foster parent Anne Anderson said she's scared for her safety.

Anderson said the grandmother of her two adopted children contacted her to warn her about her children's father, who was released from prison.

Actuality:  ANDERSON.WAV
Run Time:  00:28
Description: "He's six foot eight. He is now released, he is on parole. And he has contacted the grandmother of our children and she found me, and warned me that he has vowed that he is getting these children back."

While the bill would seal information like addresses and numbers off from the general public, it would not affect the rights of the parents.
