Wrap: Registered voters will select delegates on Saturday to represent them at the national convention.

Missouri Republican Party Communications Director Jonathon Prouty says the caucus is the first step in the process that will bind Missouri's national delegates to the Republican convention.

Actuality:  PROUTYJ.WAV
Run Time:  00:05
Description: "Each caucus is a little bit different. The rules are actually set by the caucus participants."

The individual caucus as well as the majority of the participants there will decide whether delegates are bound or unbound and whether delegates are voted on as a slate or individually.

Missouri's Secretary of State Robin Carnahan could not estimate what the voter turnout would be.

Wrap:  There will be three levels to the Missouri caucus starting with the county level.

Republican Party Communications Director Jonathon Prouty says St. Louis and Kansas City requested to change their caucus date due to St. Patrick's day festivities already scheduled for this Saturday.

Actuality:  PROUTYJJ.WAV
Run Time:  00:10
Description: "They wanted to make sure that the participants were able to get to the caucus location, avoid any street closures and things like that, but they wanted to essentially maximize attendance."

The next voting will be the congressional level on April 21st where each county will pick delegates to represent them at the state level.
