Description: "We have to do something about jobs in this state, and I know that the Gov. is devoted to it. I know we heard about during the campaign, and I know that we heard about even before campaigns. Jobs are the number one priority."

Besides jobs, Talboy says he's focusing on education and fixing the state budget's shortfall.

Some in the state House say that could be more than a half billion dollars.

From the state Capitol, I'm Jamal Andress.

Now half a year later, new Minority Leader Mike Talboy is calling for a return to professionalism on the House floor.
