Wrap: Since the closure of a St. Louis casino, the Missouri Gaming Commission has evaluated applicants for the past eight months.
Casino Celebration in St. Louis, Isle of Capri in Cape Girardeau, and Paragon Gaming near the Kansas City area are candidates for the remaining casino license.
