Actuality:  RENN2.WAV
Run Time: 00:11
Description: As I've become educated on preneed funeral business, looked at the law, looked at how N.P.S. did what they were able to do; what amazed me is that this has not happened before to a greater extent.

Renn also said the otherwise clean record of preneed sales companies says a lot about the quality of people in the preneed business.
