Representative Robert Schaaf is a House leader in health care issues, but he is not happy with the Governor's new health care plan.
Schaaf says he feels this is an expansion of government and worries the plan over commits to the state.

The Governor was given permission by the legislature to initiate a pilot program in two regions of the state.
However, the Governor went even further and Tuesday announced the creation of a plan offering coverage across the whole state.

InSure Missouri is a health care plan inititated by the Governor to offer coverage to low-income workers.
As a part of MO HealthNet, Blunt was given permission to create a pilot program in two regions of the state.
On Tuesday however, the Governor announced the launch of a plan that would help lower health care costs to all Missourians.
Schaaf says since this program covers working adults, many elderly may not get the chance to obtain coverage under the plan.
