Debate over MOHELA continues

The MOHELA debate continues in the Senate. Josh Kranzberg has more from the state Capitol.

Jackson County Republican Matt Bartle says half of the MOHELA sale - nearly a quarter-billion dollars - should be set aside for future fiscal emergencies. Bartle says this reserve fund is in response to the growing costs of Medicaid.

Contents: "Even after slowing the growth of Medicaid, we've got a Medicaid program that's growing three times faster than the income growth for Missouri taxpayers, so that's something that really worries me a lot."
