That's how Speaker Rod Jetton describes an article the Kansas City Star printed last weekend.
The article implies strip club owners used cash to sway Jetton's handling of legislation that would negatively impact their industry.
They made a $35,000 donation to a fundraising committee closly associated with Jetton.
The article also says that four days after the contribution, Jetton assigned the bill to an unfriendly committee where it died.

The article says strip clubs gave a fundraising committee closely associated with Jetton cash last year to help protect the adult entertainment industry from an anti-porn bill.
And that's why he say's he sent the bill to a committe chair who shared his point of view.
The anti-porn bill never made it out of committee.
