St. Louis City Planned To Count Votes of Dead People

St. Louis City planned to count votes of dead people on November 2nd, but state law intervened. Travis Thompson has more from the state Capital.

Across Missouri, thousands of people are casting absentee ballots.

Missouri law requires election officials to discount those ballots if the official knows the voter has died before election day.

St. Louis City Election Director James O'Toole had different plans.

O'Toole changed his mind after being informed about the law.
