A lawsuit aimed at reclaiming tax dollars handed out to Planned Parenthood opened up Monday in Cole County Circuit Court, Ben Welsh has more from Jefferson City.
The case is being brought by St. Charles native Daniel Shipley. He argues that Planned Parenthood must repay the money it received from Missouri government because of their connection with abortion clinics. Something he says is a violation of state law.
