Natural gas prices are up again this year, but Warren Wood, head of the Missouri public service commission says his agency can't do much about it.

The Missouri Government and a public utility company disagree about whether you'll be shelling out more money to heat your house this winter. Bente Birkeland reports from Jefferson City.

In contrast to the UE spokesperson Warren Wood, the head of the Missouri public service commission isn't so optimistic.
Wood says gas prices are roughly twice as high as they were two years ago.
